To access your room/hotel without card key, you have two options:

1. Use the QR code sent to you via email or SMS after check-in. Please check your phone for the email or SMS. Light the scanner on. Place the QR code in front of the door scanner. If the correct QR code is displayed and scanned correctly, the lock should beep. Open the door.

2. Generate a new card room key using the tablet kiosk at the reception desk. Enter your last name and booking number to proceed
